The floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase panoramic mountain views, and the 12-foot double sliding doors open onto a large wrap-around deck 🌅.

🍳 The fully equipped kitchen features sleek black stainless steel appliances — perfect for cooking your favorite meals with a view.

Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or stargazing from the hot tub 🫧 or relax on poly wood furniture while taking in the stunning Mt. LeConte views.

Additional notes
***★ PET POLICY★***
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the cabin - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.

$95 fee PER PET up to two dogs (but we do make exception case by case). We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

If View-topia is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.

Neighborhood overview
The View-Topia is less than 4 miles from Dollywood (you can hear the train from the cabin deck). 5 miles from Pigeon Forge 10 miles from Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain Park.
Getting around
The best way to get around is a car. Uber/Lyft and local taxi service are available during certain hours.
